bullets dont cut so theres no way the back is gonna look clean. even .22's. unless something is removing the unwanted metal, its gonna get pushed out around the back of the hole.

but a 22 is small and fast so i think it would leave the back cleaner than a bigger slower moving bullet , not like your really gonna do it any way

I do have access to a computer controlled cutting torch. I'm not shipping plate steel to New York though. You could probably free hand it well enough with a plasma torch.

so i just picked up brake lines for my chevy. the drivers side was $25 and the passenger side was $19. They are totally symmetrical, i dont understand why one side costs more.
