Cheapest houses on long island start around $220k, thats for a **** hole in the ghetto.
My parents paid 320k for their house in 93. Last year it was worth 720k, this year its worth 800k. 3 bedrooms on half an acre. Theres almost no more undeveloped land here, so in the past few years real estate has been skyrocketing. Developers now buy out entire blocks of older houses and redevelop and sell the new houses for a million a pop.

 

The guy across the street from me just sold his house for 1.2 mil (its real real nice, but not very big) and bought a condo for 850k. Could youimagine paying almost a million dollars for a condo?

 

Real estate in AZ is good right now I hear. This old guy I work with just sold his little 2 bedroom house abd bought a ****** mansion near phoenix, with a guest house for when his daughter and family come to visit

 

houses and apartments out here are rediculously priced!!!!!! there is that huge of a difference even from where i live to down by cherry hill NJ. and that is only a 2 hour drive. comparing NE to here, it's 100 times worse.
you wouldn't believe the rent people pay to live in Manhattan in a 1 room, not 1 bedroom, 1 ROOM pos apartment.
a tiny house in Lake Hopatcong cost over 250K and my apt is bigger than the house!!!!!!!!!

yeah it's way over priced.. but there is so much open land still.. my buddy's cousin bought a house fork 700k, and in 6 months sold it for 1.3mil, that's 100k a month! it wasn't even for sale, someone came to his door and said here's a check, move out.... done n done..

the house i'm buying is worth 400k, i'm buyin it for 350k.. within the next year, it'll be over 500 easy.. they are putting in a new outside mall within a half mile.. and it's all brand new.. can't wait to see that **** rise.. i'm tellin all of you, come to az, see if you like it, you won't go back to the shitty east coast
