Did that already, it was a bead leak. My boy fixed it Tuesday.. hammered some parts of the rim and all that, we heard the bead pop and all that, it wasn't leaking at all. By the next morning it was completely dead again. It doesn't take air now at all unless the valve is in a certain position, it needs to be to the top of the rim. Gonna buy some stands and take it to a tire shop.

 

Sounds like it really must suck to not be mechanical

Just so you know, 3 years ago Neal used to come over my house for the simplest of repairs. After a year of breaking **** and learning, he could swap a motor by himself. So you have hope.

 

We did the kleen air mod and put the clipons on. They look sick and I like the angle. I'm trying to figure out why my brake light switch won't work now. This is my street bike so no brake light = bad. Could it be because it's a diff master? That's no big deal.. this tire just really is turning into a nightmare. Neal didn't do anything for me he just showed me what to do with his tools. I think I'm now comfortable taking the tire off on my own.

 

are there 2 little tabs for a brake light switch on the new master?

 

Yeah, I plugged the wires coming off the kill switch onto them too. Could it be something I didn't plug in that I tucked back in the airbox or would the kill switch not work if that was the case? Are the brake light and kill switch on the same connector?

 

I'm just gonna start posting threads for new **** and not asking you guys personally. I know all my questions are getting annoying as ****. I just came into the game completely clueless on pretty much everything.

I'm really pissed off about my headlight too. Look how this thing was being sold. Clearly says has all wiring and turning lights. Then he sends me the ******* headlight with just 2 bulbs in and and no harness or wiring whatsoever except for the turn light, making the thing basically ******* useless.

so get this.....
i got a phone call at 11 from my brother, he's hysterical and wants to know if i've talked to my mom. i say no and ask why. he said my uncle (who is his boss) just called him and said she's in the hospital having a heart attack. i ask my brother if he's for real. he said yes. i told him to calm down and i'll try to get a hold of her......i call target (she works there). everyone sounds rushed on the phone....i ask for receiving (that's her department)....some other girl answered the phone. i ask for my mom....she tells me i'm really sorry but she's not in today. my mom very VERY rarely calls into work. my heart drops and i start to cry hysterically. i call me aunt.....she tells me to calm down and that my mom is fine. i ask her if she's fine then why did my uncle call my brother for him to call me and freak out. she said my mom is having chest pains and that she's going to go to the ER because she can't get into a doctor today....so i freak out crying even more.

so finally i call my mom.....crying hysterical....she answers the phone and first thing i say is are you alright? she starts laughing and says you need to calm down i'm fine. i said no you're not, you called in, don't lie to me. she says she had a little chest pain so she decided to call into work. the pain is getting worse so she's going to try and make a doctors appointment for this afternoon. RIGHT THERE HER STORY IS DIFFERENT THAN MY AUNTS. they both lie to me on a regular about important stuff.....so i don't know what is really going on.
