After I pick up the check for the DRZ. Speaking of checks, i need to remember to take a few hundred dollars of my roomates **** and "relocate" it until He pays his last months rent. Just in case he tries to move out when I am not there and never pay.

we got 5" so far and thats on top of the 6" we got the other day. now we are getting ice on top of the snow.

Worst is I am already letting him get away with a month free. He didn't pay his first month until the second month he lived here. So he is actually paying for the month gone by. it is free money though so I am willing to let him get away with one month.
