I do it for my religion..
God doesn't want us to be hungry like you think.. it's not torture.. not like I can die from it..
ppl who can't do it .. are allowed to forgo it.

It's a sacrifice.. sacrifice the pleasures we take for granted.. so we appreciate what we have more ... and thank God more...
It's a discipline.. teaches you how to build discipline and character..
there are alot of benefits for this
