just been up in north jersey, and arizona....hibernating with dan. it's definately been a while since we talked to each other.
you are always super busy in the summer!!!! i don't see how this year will be different

My lot is 100 x 110 feet... think i need a riding mower??? I know that with the puch mower it takes me an hour just to mow...

Think of all the shananigan's I'd get myself into. I think I'd also have a hard time running from the cops on the major highways. I'd get inumerable tickets for going below the speed limit, even if i bought a street kit. I'd have to wear a helmet too...I'd be really gay. People would probably throw stuff out their car windows at me just for the heck of it. I could stop at biker bars on the way there and get into brawls.

if you want to argue with my best friend that has a degree and all sorts of certs for landscaping and **** be my guest ... i thought everything needed aerated until he explained to me that it will counter-act with less dense soils

my taste in shoes won't let me afford to have both, and seeing as any house i want is over 350 K and a 2 bedroom condo is 300K. and i'm the one who makes all the money so it would mainly be me paying for it all. he's busy paying for his toys.

i have to wait til i get back from a deployment first. that's where the cash is coming from. 1/3 to car, 1/3 to house fund 1/3 to high yield savings & TSP
