hey i put at least 2 "lol's" in my statement trying to be nice ... and twice now said it's time to agree to disagree

but some of his statements definitely prove to me he is no elite athlete lol

he's completed triathalons. i know i couldnt even walk 26 miles

let alone run it and do other stuff too

that increases his credibility slightly ... endurance athletes train differently than people like me who focus on strength then condition for wrestling and mma
