How many people are going for sure? I'm checking out the hotels in Evanston per Rodg's post. I'm trying to find one with private entrances so we can bring the fiddys in for safe keeping overnight. I'm gonna reserve a room this week, it's getting close.

Looks like I am gonna have to sit this one out.. Getting my house today and will be forking out a mortgage and apartment payment on july first. Not to mention getting all the other BS going and fix ups I need to do.. SUX...

July 16th (fri) - July 18th(sun).
we are suppose to arrive Fri to hang out in CHI with the local 50 OPerators, then head up to WIS, Sat morning for the contest..... contest Sat and Sun, heading home Sun afternoon/ evening.

 

Good chance I will be there. Can't say for sure. ****, I don't even know where I will be living in 2 weeks so it is kind of hard to make plans for next month.

 

Alright, this is in like 3 and a half weeks.

Is anyone actually gonna want to drive another hour to watch the stunt show in the cornfields? I've seen and done plenty of wheelies...so is the main point of the trip then to go on the Chicago ride? It seemed that way, but there's been no replies or any discussion of it from the Chicago riders any time recently.

Anybody want to just go to Muskegon or something instead? Same weekend? Most of the hotels are already booked in Evanston. M50M family reunion/get-together? Is Thunderbird available for riding on the weekends?

As discussed last night me, niner, t&a and a couple others are down to go, I'm taking my trailer for big bikes/fiddy's I would like to go to the comp on saturday and sunday, I've been thinking about even entering it, but that all depends on how much practice I get in beforehand... so lets get a list of who's all going and get some details hammered out...

 

I'm in if its still going on.... have 3 others for sure possibly 6 others besides them. Trailer and truckin fifties and 1 big bike. Anyone else?
