Huge Daytona Event!!!!
Hey,
For some six (6) months, my sponsor (SportBikeHype) has been working on a mind-boggling series of three (3) events during Daytona Bike Week. Today, everything came together, SO HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS!
The “SportBikeHype Freestyle Fiesta” will be held the afternoons and evenings of March 4th, 5th and 6th (complete with searchlights and the whole bit). In addition to yours truly, the events will showcase the nation’s top freestyle riders--Tonydfreestyle, ("Downtown" Joe Brown, Darius240Z, Kyle Woods, Matt Gorka and a host of others). We’ll perform with music and a stage serving as the backdrop, with the goal being for the shows to take on the feel of a non-stop music video/ Brooklyn block party.
With some 600,000 people attending Bike Week this year (making it the largest motorcycle rally in the world), the “spillover” into SportBikeHype’s prime location could wind up being huge…
For the first time we know of, the riding will be brought to the people, and dropped right in their laps there at City Island Park, which is Daytona's premier outdoor venue. With SportBikeHype's events taking place right at this intersection, and with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, it should really be great.

Anyway, we hope as many of you as possible can make it! For those who do, we intend to put on a hell of a show!

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO SHOW UP AND RIDE --- THE CONSCEPT OF THIS SHOW IS FOR EVERYONE TO GET TOGOTHER RIDE,VEND, AND MARKET THEMSELVES TO THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE IN THE MIX AT BIKEWEEK 2004!! IT IS A BROOKLYN STYLE STREET PARTY, SOME THE ACTITIVITES THAT WILL POP OFF WILL BE TONS OF FOOD AND MUSIC---A RUMP SHAKER CONTEST FOR THE LADIES TO WIN SOME MONEY. AND AN ARM WRESTLING CHALLENGE FOR THE GUYS!! OF COURSE THERE WILL BE SOME MEDIA COVERAGE THERE AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SMILE FOR THE CAMERA !! iF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK!! hOPE TO SEE YOU ALL SOON!!!!

Can't wait to see if the event will pull in a lot of the big-money spending Harley Boys and Girls. I hope it does!

SportBikeHype is planning on doing its very best to put on a truly memorable series of events for everyone to enjoy down in Daytona, March 4-6. We've got a great place to do it--right in the thick of things (aerial photos & site plan to follow), some great riders on board (TonyD, Joe Brown, Darius240z, Kyle Woods, Joe Brown and many "playas to be named lateh"), and a darn good staff to try to help everyone have a good time.
As an added bonus, we're in the final stages of attempting to negotiate an agreement with a feature film producer/director to professionally shoot the event for a DVD and, if we get lucky, a pilot for a TV show. If this materializes, those who attend might just wind up in it! We'll update you as soon as we know...
While SportBikeHype hasn't been around as long as some of the GREAT clubs/teams out there (TonyDFreestyle, Triple Xtreme, StarBoyz, Ruff Ryders and WAY too many others to name in this note), we know we've got a lot to measure up to, and we'll do our best to do it.
We'll look forward to meeting everyone who does us the honor of attending!

Cant wait to see you crazy ****'s tear it up in Daytona...it is going to be off the hook!!!
This thing is going to be big....if you need anything let us know!! Hope to meet all you other stunters out there as well....you guys can teach me a few things as i tried a stoppie once......and i will leave it at that...got a great video of me going over the bars.

Riding at SportBikeHype's events will be open, in a sense… Complying with all the requirements of the city and the insurers (without which the event could not proceed) means that there will need to be four (4) things for others to ride:
1. Enough room,
2. Bikes must pass a technical inspection,
3. Riders will need to demonstrate their abilities, so their proficiency can be assessed (due to spectators in the area and all), and
4. Safety and riding rules must be adhered to at all times.
SportBikeHype wants to keep this process as cool as it can, but safety has to come first, as I’m sure you can appreciate.
