Re: Need Myrtle Beach Info
those laws are only in the city of myrtle beach wich is a tiny part of bike week. the surrounding county where everything will be going on has not amended any of these laws. and yeah if they say no bike you usually have to park in the front of the neighborhood where there is usually an armed guard of police officer.
Re: Need Myrtle Beach Info
Hotels, Events, Locations, prices, general knowledge of the area, its all there pal.
Re: Need Myrtle Beach Info
I would stay out of the actual city, but the surrounding area is all good. If a house says no motor cycles i would avoid it because some of the places are strict and if you cant bring a bike whats the point. I would also stay a little north of the city if possible (more to do and less traffic) As far as black bike week, theres more sportbikes down here than you can imagine.
Re: Need Myrtle Beach Info
Heard it was cancelled ??? We went the past few years and stayed at the Days Inn outside the city, worked out great. Some people rented a cheap house at the other end, nothing but game it was in a gated community and they were strict about no bikes.
I would definately stay outside the city, I heard that even though the new laws are only in the city they also extend to the immedate vicinity outside.
Good luck
