Just got off the phone with our contact with the county planning board. So far we are moving forward for 9/30 - 10/1. Some of the committee members have a bad taste because of the poorly run event that took place last year (Motofest - NOT OUR EVENT BTW) But he seems positive so far that we will get final approval.

We will do our best to keep everyone updated. It will be 2-3 days from now before we speak to him again.
