West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
Great time even with the raincrap weather and the fact I was slightly drunk from the night prior and didn't setup my run as we were scheduled to run on Sunday. In the end Saturday was the smart decision, I need to paint my bike, and while competing sucks its still fun when Thomas clowns my hippy hair.

you did a goddamn great 37 wheelies and 1 variation on the stoppie...maybe 2 burnouts. hell i can't even add up the 10 pts I gave ya.
luxury Joey gave you super high difficulty and OK execution
you got a decent score in overall category
and from me you scored a 10 out of 20 because you??????? I still don't know why.....I told you exactly what to do to get a big score.
That 10 points you missed = 5 acros, 4 endo variations, and more than one burnout. hell I think I gave you a point for kicking a stoppie sideways a little. You know where you would have been if you made 5 more points from me? 4th....how about if you did a christ? 3rd? maybe a switchback? 2nd. Ain't touching D on this one...he took it by 7 points or so. If you placed 2nd what would you say? GREAT EVENT GUYS!
you got **** to complain about. Hell you didn't even have to pay the entry...you got to ride there for a day a while ago and got your **** for free. oh wait...the team run.....ask anyone on the stage....servin it up did a better job...review the tape. Judging is hard...I'll never do it again...and anyone who b!tches about not winning some invisible $10k that we spent many stressful months collecting for some ungrateful f-ckers then kick rocks barefoot...you ain't gonna make it with an attitude like that.
Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
sounds like a good event, next year i'll have to take D's money...maybe i'll do it this weekend! lol
got the scores of the indiv freestyle?
i dont really care about that, but i'd be real interested to see the endo distances from a buck fiddy approach...

theres usually always at least 1 rider that gets screwed, but thats how its ALWAYS been... i guess you just gotta live with it.... i wasnt at the comp so i cant really say anything....
it sounded like it was a good time... thats what it SHOULD be about... comps are like gambling, you dont go there expectin to win.....

Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
I came all the way from the east coast to have great time with new and old friends. I understand the upset to the amatuer comp I was able to see the score sheet and the way the guidelines were she did good considering the requirements. The other complaint was all the crying from all the riders amatuer and pro! This sport is not making millions so do not ***** about it, when it does then complain! however when that time comes i am sure all the bugs will be worked out!
To all the others I had a good time and the dude on the beat white F2 needs to understand that coming into this sport *****ing will get you no where! If I won every comp that people in the crowd would tell me I was The best then I would have won a lot of comps. take what they say and build fans in this sport not enemies! I love to ride, i will always ride no matter if I can ever compete and win! Because i promise you that i get more self satisfaction from fans than winning!
Thanks to all the west coast riders for showing me love! Hope to see you on the east coast soon!

Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
I wanna say thanks to all the people that came out and made the the event possible. To all the sponsors, vendors, competitors, and spectators, you are the reason this event went good. I saw some things I want to change next year, but I got 12 months to work on that. Thanks again.

Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
Brandon, Philly, Stuntspot, Alloutperformance, 50 stunt thanks for having a great event! It was fairly organized, great venue, nice riding area everything went great until I had to spend 3 hours in the Er getting stitches! The only thing I dont agree on was RRC bieng in the ametuer class. She's got a website, sponsors, etc she should have been pro, and I would have let Javon compete in pro, he was in the am class earlier but you gotta start some where. Def no pro should go back to am but moving up should be allowed, maybe not at the same event but I would have let him. And ya that guy on the white bike did have a attitude, definatly not good to act a fool at a event as strict as the AMA races, you guys owe me for taking him out in the last man event!!
Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
It's "Carbajal" Phil. nice try though
Maybe if i woulda turned in a entry form for the comp you wouldnt have to remember. I had alot of fun. Just wanted to say thanks to every one. Phil, Brandon, Joey all the Sacnuts guys. Stuntspot.com All Out Performance. Thomas, SBF Mikey, Bullo.... The list goes on and on. Also thanks to my SoCal buddies and my Florida buddies for talking me into entering the comp. This was my 1st time competing and it makes me wanna do it some more. It would be cool if sombody could post up the points. im kinda interested now.

Re: West Coast Stunt Comp $10,000 Prize Money
good good looks like there's some good with the bad here
me and bullo talked on the phone....explained his side...i explained mine. we came to a level headed agreement.
Yea yea the RRC thing was kinda f-cked. She wasn't going to compete then she turned in her **** in the middle of the comp as an amateur...in a flurry of confusion she got in and did her thing.
She scored sooooo high on overall (being that she is the most unique rider on the track, has a perfect bike, an image, and the crowd's complete attention) that she took third no problem. should she have been an amateur? NOPE....whether the riding is amatuer or not she has been in the game for a minute, is sponsored, paid, in videos...all the requirements to be a pro.
The fact she got in the amatuer comp is our fault. Had she been in the pro's she would have had the exact same score and as a result, not placed.
The flaw was that being an amateur you can't score so high on overall...you're not known, you bike isn't often perfect, you're not super sponsored. Being that she is all of that she scored a pro level overall score in an amateur setting. My bad...shoot me. If it really makes anyone feel better I'll give the runner up their entry money back and I'll have brandon give him a reach around. I think it's the white f2 guy so he should be stoked about that.
there are flaws with this judging system. it was our 1st event. it was at the pinacle of venues for this sport in this area.....all that said I think it was okay.
As far as those who competed amateur and wanted to compete pro as well later in the day.....in our opinion you can't be an amateur in the morning and a pro at night....since both white f2 and javon wanted to be pros later in the day you'll both be pros at any event I ever host again if you feel like coming back.
teach...I was rolling 350 out of 150 most of the week...then my best was 294 in the comp w/ a cross wind.
I think ernie was in the 200's
colton was 160 and bullo was 159.
