Here is the call from the organizers
"About gear. I believe what was decided on is full face helmet, motorcycle jacket(leather or textile), gloves, boots that cover the ankle and either motorcycle pants or long pants with pads."

I think that attire is going to lower the number of entries for sure. Most stunters don't have most of that gear. And I think I only know one person personally that stunts that has textile pants. Oh well, we'll see when the day comes by.......
Re: AZ Compeition January 9th
personally i don't know of one person entering it because of the dress code, and i've talked to quite a few people. and the fee is kinda expensive, last one was only 20 bux to ride
Re: AZ Compeition January 9th
Hmm...I dunno.
I had my hopes up, but now it looks like it's going to be a normal Sunday out past PIR when people gather just to practice for a while. Oh well, there's always (insert uplifting statement here). I'll prob. still check it out though, I have several people wanting to go.

Cool. Hopefully it's a good time. I was just looking forewards to seeing a stunt show...and it appears now it's what I've done before, hanging out and watching peeps practice.
Not that that's bad mind you...just kind of a let down since I've never really been to anything other than a parking lot session type gathering.

it is a let down i guess, but there's gonna be a lot of out of towners. and remember competitions seperate everyone and create rivalries. shows unite everyone and turn out a lot better. it's basically gonna be a parking lot show, and if you saw any of the riding from the last recent arizona get together i can promise you it will be awesome. hopefully hoenshell shows up, he will blow your mind apart.
Re: AZ Compeition January 9th
Nope, I didn't see **** from the last show. No one would say where it was, and their excuse was they didn't want a bunch of people ruining their spot. I asked for a PM then, got nothing. I'm not into begging, so I just let it drop..
True that about the competitions and rivalry though, probably be a more relaxed atmosphere with everyone just kickin it and doing their thing. I'm still going to go check it out (schedule providing...). Just to spectate of course...no use boring people with my week of practice power wheelies,

Re: AZ Compeition January 9th
if there so worried about safety of the riders by wearing all the armor **** why would the have last man standing contest?that would be the unsafest thing to get into.oh well i hope we can ride out there somewhere if we dont do the comp. and why is there not a no handed wheelie comp.
