ok, here's the story, so yesterday the commander wanted to speak to me.

I guess we have 1 too many soldiers now, so i got the option/was told that i'm demobing and going back to "civlian life". Cool, so here are the terms, my last day of working on flight is thursday, then i have to turn in my weapons and stuff issued for flight use. Friday i have to inventory all my army gear. I asked my commander what time he needs me in friday to inventory and he said "well, come in about 9 cause i'm going to be lazy in the morning and you won't be doing anything here"....dude i love this already, get to sleep in 3 more hours! another plus, since i'm not working flight that means i don't work weekends, first time in a year i haven't had to work on the weekends....what will i do??

so anyways, I have to fly to Ft. McCoy wisconsin the 20th of jan and i'll return the 31st of jan. Then i'm suppose to be back to normal life until i have PLDC (sergeant school) march 16th.

Ok, now that i've said that. there is also a bosnia trip leaving in april, and you have to have 2 months of training before you can leave for that. I'm done before february on this base, with 2 months before april, could just be a coincidence, but also could be prepping me to go to bosnia. hard to tell.

If i don't go to bosnia then next fall i go to school for x-ray tech in the army, a 1 year school in houston texas.

so ya, for now i'm free, done with this shitty detail, stupid base....i'm so glad cause i'm gettin really sick of the people i work with, most of my sergeants are ******** that only look out for themselves and don't give a **** about me.

yea so if you go to bosnia how long is that going to be, hopefully not so you can stunt with us all summer, then go to school. Either way sound good to me, get time off. Maybe you can have the video page up again. LOL Well keep me updated

 

i forgot to put that i'm going to probably go to florida all of february and some of march until i have to go to PLDC so i can relax and ride. i'll be in clearwater with chad from OTE.

 

thats kinda cool news. i know 3 people that did xray tech and they are all now 20-22 making 60k a year so its not a bad idea at all.
