frame was re-inforced as was the subframe. that small ding in the rim allows the air to leak out after about a week. it can be pounded out with a dead blow but i haven't had time to mess with it. 1 down 10 up gearing and the chain and sprockets are in great shape.

front forks were purchased new in march of 2004 and they have maybe 3000 miles on them.

 

yea finally get ready to sell the old beast. sad to see her go...

 

i really don't want to see her go, but for the time being it's the thing to do. i'll still have my 600 to rock. I'll keep up my skills but i'm probably not going to be learning new tricks for a while. There will be a great legend behind the 929. maybe later in life i'll buy another one for nastalgi

yea he still kinda of attached to it...

 

if you have that many extra parts and goodies, they will surely catch on your clothes somewhere and that will keep you attached. bout this time last year at lakeland, he became un-attached and somewhat incoherent while skidding to a stop in hindsight though, it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen :YEAH

 

yes good times. I think it was like feb 7th. I'm not perfectly sure, but i thought that was the day the highchair scrape went wrong. Now that i think about it, I miss being warm in february......

 

That week was awesome! Good times, good friends (thanks again nickels), and yes, warm t-shirt stuntin' weather all week! (except for the competion- man I was freezing, even with my winter coat on!)
