i feel dumb

I feel dumb cause i havent riddin a bike in like 7 years, What is an easy but effective way to bunnyhop a mountain bike. Do u preload or what. I bust my nuts every time I try and im getting worried

It's all in the bars... while standing... pull up on the bars while pushing forward. Good luck

Bend your knees, stick your *** out like a ***, lean forwards so your weight is on your wrists, then leap backwards and up so that you kinda yank the front up into the air, then pull yourself forwards with the handle bars so that your weight transfers from the back wheel to the front wheel--while your still going upwards from your initial jump.

If done correctly you body should go:

Get down,
Jump towards the rear, bringing the front bar with you, close to your chest.
Jerk yourself over the front wheel and extend your arms--pushing the front wheel down.

Hope this helps. its the kinda thing that comes with practise.
