Yes, it's for real. That vid has been out since the late 90's. It's on a VHS mtn bike movie I've got. I've been clocked by a car going down hill in a stand up doing 40mph. Going 70mph must be very difficult because it took everything I had just to keep it balanced at 40mph. I know... BS without video. But at least my friends got to watch me do it....

 

Not bs without video. You are a respected member of SL, I believe you. I've hit jumps at close to 40, on my bmx though.

if he got up to 70, he i bet he could do it.
