If you barely angle it down you won't get the good results... I saw a picture of your brother next to your bike and the seat was kinda down but not much... If you put it at a full 45 degree angle its so damn comfy in a wheelie and you feel like you're just riding normally but you're on your back wheel. It makes wheelies EASY.
