Im getting into crazy urban riding, but my knee is ****ed,i ccan walk on it and jump up and down, but my acl and pcl are torn. Was wondering if you guys that are doing it at the moment can tell me how much pain to your knee there is and how much stress is put on your knee in some of those big gaps i see in the videos.
Ill be riding a hardtail, 24" frame
probly dirt jumper3 (5 inch travel) and some fat tires,.any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

If your knee hurts just put it in a lower gera and practice slower ****!!!

hey dude, maybe you should give it a minute to heal some more if it's like a torn tendon.

 

Wrap them with ace badges and wear a pair of soft kneepads.After your sesson throw some ice and heat on them

 

i was talkin about urban, not dirt jumpin, but thank for the feed back so far, i have 5 inches of travel on my forks and a 24" frame.sick set up for downtown street riding big gaps and big stair sets.
its something to do when im not on my gixxer.
