tell her it only takes about 2 weeks before it starts feeling normal again.
and after a week.. stop using neosporin.. otherwise it wont heal as fast, even though the scabs are going to feel stiff.. just let them scab over..

I no the feeling of the road scrapping againsts your skin. The best thing that you sould get for the burns and the scaring is a cream called 'silver sulfadine'. It's a white cream that doctors use to treat burn victims. You can get a script. for it at lyour local urgent care center or regular dr.'s office. As for bandages I found that the best ones to use are called 'Tefla' Non-Adherent Dressing from a company called Kendall. These particular bandages won't stick to the wound or what oozes out during healing as bad as regular bandages.
