yes I actually lightened it up but Premier only makes AVI files and it went from a 3meg MPEG file to a 34.5meg AVI file!

Ahhh I was hoping to see a vid when I checked out this thread again. Well at least you got them lightened up. Go to export timeline - advanced windows media and export a .wmv.
