since everyone's been complaining that the 954 has a very twichy front end-honda's engineers have totaly redesigned the 2004 954 to suite the needs of the rider who wants the comfort and stability of the older 900 along with the power the 954 posses. by the looks of the picture they might have lowered the ride hieght by adjusting the rear suspension and decreasing the rake angle.

or it could just be a pic of a really wadded 954-i dunno
