Re: My new crunchy piece... soon to be...

damn kane, u had to call him out like that? "mines got a one digit vin" ouch.

but is this the same motor as the 07/08? i had an 07 and really wasn't impressed.

the 09 seems to already impressed me with the fork change and the stock dampner. U dont have to toss it out get it rebuilt with thicker oil.

Either way, definately says alot for this sport. vin 1-9 and a stuntrider got one.. definately saying things. Congrats bro.

the one i test rode in alabama had vin # 00000000002
roger hayden told me i got to ride the new bikes before he did! was crazy..

there are internal changes to the motor.. it has a lot more low end and mid range.. i havent gotten to stunt it just yet so i cant exactly say how much more low/mid though

Re: My new crunchy piece... soon to be...

the 09 looks super nice! i like that it's not as bulky looking as the 08s. the swingarm and rear tire hugger kinda resembles that of the r6.

yes i dont like the styling on them....the bike that i see here right now in the show room doesnt look as strong as the other years....ya i know that the zx-6's have always been a little on the weak side but the sub-frame and everything on them just doesnt seem as if they'll hold up as much as the others....yes i could be wrong but i just dont like the new ones...i got the chance today to ride one and they ride a wheelie nice but i like my f4i better....id also have to say that i am a honda person so that could sway me on my reasons....

hey Kane... are you allowed to say anything bad about the Kawi's, or is it against your contract? everybike has flaws and things people dont like about them... thats the info we need to hear before we go and buy one for near 10 g's
