Borne's Whip for Switzerland......
Borne's Whip for Switzerland......
Just wanted to get something out to the masses to show whats been going on. Couple quick shots of the F4i just prior to shipment for overseas. We'll have more shots to come from Paris and Zurch in the next couple weeks courtesy of the fine ladies of Nascency Project. Just wanna thank and recognize a few sponsors and helpful friends before we get to the goods (trying to keep it short, so if I forget anyone feel free to kick me in the junk later, lol)....
Nascency Project:
Rhonda first off for taking a few shots of the new paint in the drive way....Rhonda, Heidi and I were supposed to do an awesome photo shoot in downtown ATL, but (as usual) there I was scrambling for parts trying to get the bike together and we ran outta time. Anywho, thanks to Chris, Rhonda, Heidi, and Bbrad for all the pics, video, good times, cake and what not. You guys make up a huge part of the stunt family/community and I wouldn't be anywhere if I hadn't met up with you guys just a short time ago. Thanks for always being there guys.
Honda East Toledo:
Want to say thanks to everyone.......Parts manager: Tom Beagle, General Manager: Pete Brent, and all the rest of the staff out there. You guys helped out a ton with parts, gear, sponsorships and everything in getting this bike and myself together and ready to go for the 2008 season.
Shamrock Racing:
Major thanks to Rob at Shamrock Racing in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Had a short time span to work with as well as shitty plastics. Busted his *** plastic welding, sanding, painting and gave me a hell of a finished product.
SMF Cycles:
Props to Chris Schreiber at SMF Cycles down in Atlanta, GA. Always been there supporting our lifestyle and has always been there for me. Many thanks (again, lol) for hooking it up with the Barracuda exhaust and awesome helmet from Craft.
Badbrush Designs:
Big thanks to Jeff Clark at Badbrush Designs in Maumee, OH. Jeff designed, cut and installed all the sponsor vinyl shown on the bike. Again had a limited time span and limited images to work with and came through like a champ.
Ho-Hey Designs:
Ho Hey hooked it up with the top triple for the 929 front end, some indestructible rearsets, high performance Star Rotor, new set of prototype pads (which work awesome btw) and the dual caliper bracket for my hand brake. Mad props to Ho Hey for all his help and support.
Sick Innovations:
Ian hooked up the cage and round bar as usual. Huge thanks for all he's done for me individually and for the stunt community as a whole. By far the best cage I have ever used and the round bar was used for the creation of my custom shorty flat bar. Soon to be added will be the SI subcage and SI Streetfighterz Edition tail saver.
Geared Steel Products:
Want to say thanks to Brad for trying his best and helping out in anyway possible. Might be going through some tough times, but your efforts in helping evolve this sport are hardly matched. Thanks for your support in the past and if you need anything for the future, please let me know....always got your back homie.
HAI Bike Shop:
First off wanna thank Tice, Mark and Joe for all the regular shop support. Hooking it up with apparel and gear to keep my cowboy *** looking good. Also wanna say thanks to Teach, Joe and Tice for the resume/sponsor advice and support and another thanks to Joe for help with the competition runs.
SHIFT Racing:
Want to say thanks to Shawn Kennedy for giving me the opportunity to represent the SHIFT name overseas. I hope to promote you guys in the most professional and positive light possible. Graciously await possible future endevors. Thanks again for helping me look my best.
NGK Spark Plugs:
New for 2008, but definitely great people to work with. Thanks to Kelly Baryo for helping out as much as she has; been there every minute trying to help out in anyway possible.
Hydro-Turf:
Look forward to represent them in the stunt industry. They offer some great tank grip and seat coverings. No BullShit.....if you want some good tank pad for holding your ***, check em out on the web and pick up a sheet from them.
OGIO:
You guys have some awesome products and I look forward to working with you in the future.
Wanna say thanks to all the people behind the scenes as well....
Big thanks to Emily (aka Berkley) who never posts up but does a **** ton of lurking; thanks for helping get the bike together and being there to help out with driving, travel, organization and supporting everything I do.
Aaron "Twizzla" Mcderf.....thanks for all the help with organizing the trip overseas and all the helpful wrench time in bleeding brakes, installing parts and eating cake.
As always, thanks to Scooter and Lacey for putting up with all my destruction and garbage in the garage and in the house....even though Scotty gets a little uptight some times....
....you guys put up with a hell of a lot. Thanks for all the wrench/tech support as well as understanding my madness.
Big thanks to the boys at Critical Mass. Brandon Radloff (aka Chaos) for getting my wheels powdercoated for a hell of a deal. Thanks for all the leg work and travel in getting stuff done. Also wanna thank my personal mechanic advisor, "Standy" Andy Misner. Always there for some advice as well as a good laugh (insert Jack Daniels here).
Thanks to Rick, Evan and the JRD family for letting me come in and tear apart their shop to try and get stuff done.
Anyway.....here's the goods. Sorry about the long post, but then again you can **** off if you don't like it, lol.
Gotta give credit where credit is due.

Re: Borne's Whip for Switzerland......
Well, I can certainly can say there are many, many hours in that bike right now. I’ve had a great time helping out when I could (mostly keeping company in the garage), driving all over the country, and seeing everyone again.
Thanks to everyone’s support, I know it means a lot to Borne.
Bike looks hot!!! Kill 'em over in Europe!!!

Re: Borne's Whip for Switzerland......
The bike looks so sweet. We should have drank before getting the decals cut. It would been more fun.
Is it to much to ask that Rhonda take a pic of the side of the bike the pipe is on?
