I made this the other day.....had my welder hook me up, only cost $20, and it's done with the stock midpipe.

Re: ATL under bike exhaust?

It was just hard for me to find a usable can, so i invented that, or so i thought......it's loud, but its only a small decible louder than than the F4i exhaust when cut in half.....nothing rediculous.

Re: ATL under bike exhaust?

a stock f4i can cut down itsn't as loud as a D&D IMO. i didn't think D-styles was loud unless he was on the limiter.......

Re: ATL under bike exhaust?

I just chopped and shortened a stock F4I pipe to put on mine. So much better than the little bitty pipe. I can hear myself think now

OH, I just cut up a d&d slip on from a bike salvage yard, so I couldn't tell you what it's off of, but all I did was cut it in half, and leave the packing in, slide the hanger down to the end, and it bolted right up.... and cool part is it only cost me $50. !!

It's sort of loud, but deep at the same time, and not near as bad as my boy's F4I jardine that we cut down and put back on that looks like Guru's.. the same night I did mine, it's loud now!
