T-boned Drastic Dan sending him to the hospital. It was the weekend for it, Pfeiffer and Luke Duke collided hard and Andy Niles collided with someone I forget who.

It was the weekend for swapping out entire bikes. Graham from Ohio graciously donated his entire bike for Nick to ride. Those shots are from the morning when everyone chipped in to help them strip the bikes and swap everything so that Nick could make qualifying..

Evan has it. It was early morning on Saturday's qualifying open practice and Dan myself and about 4 other riders were out on the track. I was in the middle doing circles with Dan and I set down shortly after him. We both took off down the track with Dan on the low side. He thought I was still in the center doing circles and right after I pulled up an endo around the top of first he turned up track and did a brake slide to head back to the center. I let off the brake but I was too high and the bike just floated. I think I was still at 30mph or so when I slammed into Dans cage, he was still looking down, never saw me coming. I football tackled Dan and my bike flipped and landed square on the round bar folding it flat and just sat there at 12 until I kicked it over. Dan was wasted, we all thought for sure he was mangled and his arm was broken. Strange as it is, they x-rayed him to find he was ok, nothing broken. Dan came back to qualify with me for the finals same day. Lots of people helped out to get us back in action. I owe a lot to Josh Graham for lending me his 636 and all the people like Andy Niles, Cuttler, and friends that helped get Josh's bike setup like mine. But my bike, is done.

Hahah! Looks like you have me beat! I'll post a couple more pics tomorrow. Kane was just nice enough to drop off my bike in its 4 boxes and mess of parts today so the rebuild starts again....
