Re: **Post pictures of 600RR's here**

Got one of those on my 06 636 and love it so far, except the calipers hit my rim when i first put them on, i had to shave them down just a hair to clear.

Re: **Post pictures of 600RR's here**

haha thanks man i'll take that as a compliment.. how does the footbrake feel? did you change the master? i already love the footbrake as it is! i just bled the DC setup, feels strong, i put the 16mm on it cuz of the 2 calipers its operating now. cant wait to rebleed and try it out!

Re: **Post pictures of 600RR's here**

The footbrake is very touchy with the quad caliper but very consistent. i hooked up a 13mm magura for my hb and it locks up with a pinky with no effort. takes some getting used to but i'll never worry about loopin or not having enough brake to bring me back down. I run an adapter on my 03 and a 16x18 hb master and never had a problem with that other than my hands get tired while lot riding, dont think i'll ever have that problem with the magura.

Re: **Post pictures of 600RR's here**

i put the 16x 18 on both calipers but i think it is leeking inside..the pressure was gone after i tiewrapped the lever down. so back to the 13mm i guess, but then on 2 calipers..

Re: **Post pictures of 600RR's here**

footbrake has major swoop compared to stock brotha. it feels like a hb as far as feel in the lever, lots of grabbing untill lockup. u can stomp the brake and it will bog and die rather than instantly die

and yea it was a compliment dude!

I was wondering...the few people that are getting full dents on their tanks...how the hell u doin that? lol

I remember seeing something about modifying/taking off the airbox cover...but to me that seems like it would kill the bikes power...

and are u guys running full dents pounding the front of the metal tank down and then having it rewelded?

just cut the plastic tank cover in half and paint the metal tank underneath it.

^^^ what bolts did you guys use for the si round bar?

i found some bolts i can use but they dont fit flush diameter wise. did you drill out the holes of the roundbar or just left it as is and got a bolt that was long enough?
