yea man, you may be able to just replace the fork tubes...but by the sounds of it , it's more than just a tube and seal replacement....fork assemblies are pricey , check ebay or craigs list ....if you have the F4I, swap for the 929 front end, it's popular honda swap and heard nothing but good things about the set up.

yea i noticed too late you got a F2....but you will be happy with the F4I I believe....the F4I's are the bikes w the fork swap not the F2's....not sure if that is possible...

i was gonna go with the f3 front end but thats not much of an upgrade im still kinda debating on parting it out but i just dont want half a bike sittin in my garage for a year

hahaha yea....the very first bike i had..well it was my brothers i learned to ride on was a 1972 honda SL70, clutch, had to start it in neutral, can't use the clutch in gear so gotta be pimp on the neutral gear! had metal fenders and tank,blinkers cause it was street n trail, it was BEAST! heavy as a ship anchor.....drove it till the trans went south, engine still ran, didn't smoke oil....sold her to a fellah that bought one when he was barely 14 yrs old when they came out back in the day, he was impressed what kinda shape it was in. i was a little **** about the upkeep ggole it, you'll have a good laugh...
