What I said is there are actually 4. Romaji is the phonetic way of writing Japanese so the "Gaijin" can read it. Literally means the romanization using the latin alaphabet to write out Japanese instead of using Kanji, Katakana, or Hiragana. Which is how I just posted this comment, Just some random info I know too. LOL
It's great you know about the other ways. Nice to see someone taking an active intrest in others cultures and languages.

haha yeah I took a few years of japanese in high school. Very very cool language to learn. 6 years later and I forgot just about every ounce of it tho.
