Now If you noticed the lower portion of my bracket is cracked off so if the foot master cylinder piston isn’t able to be drawn back up or travels too far down I am sure something will not work as it is intended to

ok, heres the deal, after extensive rear brake rebuild/clean the piston in the rear master would not shoot out, as long as the rearmaster isn't cracked, the hand brake would still work perfectly normal useing a junction valve. BEcause the rear master cylinder piston is limited on outward movement by a CIR-Clip which wont budge from a perfectly bled HB system... brake line is more likely to explode before this clip will give out.
