wrong?
Re: wrong?
"sometimes we all take wheelies a little too serious" I didnt think that was possible.. I always take them serious, cause when you dont you get bit. Then again all us riders dont have our Mommy waiting on the sidelines making sure we're ok. Go back to school and study public relations and you will be amazed at how may times you have screwed up this sport with fatuous garbage you have spewed out of your pie hole...Great Job Kaner!
My girl hates the color pink.
Re: wrong?
They already do anyways.

I ain't gonna lie, those pics make me hella nervous. But I woulda LOVED to had my father doing that with me when I was a kid!! However I'd say it was far more dangerous when I finally convinced him to get me a 3-wheeler ATV at 8yrs old. And flipping the thing up into the air & into a fence pole w/ my lil sis on the back no less, cutting my foot almost in half, getting a concussion & my first ER visit didn't stop a thing. Life is dangerous NO MATTER WHAT, you just try to find a happy medium while still living it up. If I ever somehow get convinced to make a baby, I'll tell you right now there is no way I will be sheltering my kid... Skateboards, MX, fiddies, etc as soon as s/he's big enough to wear proper safety gear!

Re: wrong?
My opinion of you fine Sir has been finalized. Your comparing risking a childs safety with having fun once in a while? I as a top rider of the sport, The next time your on TV say what you just said on here to the camera...

no matter what i said, everyone takes it differently, and there is always someone upset. i guess that means today it was u!
also just to clarify... my "mommy" on the sidelines? that was the first time my moms ever watched me ride a bike. so regardless of what some TV show led u to think of my perfect little homelife... at the end of the day you dont know me.
i take this **** very serious... if i dont... i dont pay my mortgage.

Re: wrong?
That is not What Steve Erwin did. He did have his son in his hand while feeding an aligator. But that picture is Photo shopped....
Re: wrong?
damn...those pics don't even look right. kids don't know any better. too risky. If something happens to that kid the parents will start crying..."oh my god, how could that happen"...idiots. just my
Re: wrong?
yah my dad had one of those strap things when i used to ride on the back when i was little....ur strapped in like ur jumping out of the plane..over and around the arms around the stomach, under the legs,,,ur not going anywhere..and it straps around the driver...and the lil pad between the 2 has a lil set of grips on it so the kid can feel like there on a bike....and the chances of edub crashing a power wheelie sitdown...come on be real....i mean we cud also all win our state lotteries tomrw and retire to...but lets be serious
parents let there kids go down ski slopes...they let kids as old as 5 go out on mx tracks...they let them sit in the front seat of the car under the age of 13, parents put there kids in a reasonable amount of danger daily...you cant keep them in a plastic bubble....and being strapped with a helmet on to a professional stunt rider doing power sitdowns is no more dangerous then any of those other things...
i kno im only a dumb internet gangsta that doesnt kno wat its like to have kids...so i wouldnt kno

Thank you for that response.
I just want to say that looking back, it was a poor decision and I would never do that again. BUT, everyone had their proper safety gear on, it was a controled invironment, and the mom and dad of the little girl had been asking me to do wheelies with her for a month and I always said no because we were never in a controlled invironment(stunt spots aren't controlled).
All I was doing was little power wheelies in 1st gear and not taking ANY chances.
But like I said, it was a poor desicion but I would have never hurt that little girl. I was the only one they felt comfortable asking, I've been stunting for a long time and I would have never of put her in danger.
I'm sorry if I offended any of you.
Re: wrong?
That's exactly why i would never do that at a stunt spot. This was a show with a completely controlled invironment and all the stunters there were pro.
