Does the 636 with the rain tire hook up better than the one with the regular street tire? I have a set of rain tires i studded up last week and am really curious to see how they work, just gotta get the subframe back on and ride the damn thing.

yeah, we got about 6-7 inches already, best ice i've ever riden on, it froze so fast that it was some what smooth......but the forecast for next week don't look good....

the studs in the shoes are a must have.....if you can't plant a foot your going down HARD

 

do u pull through to HC or start in HC, i bet theres alot of slippage still with those studs huh?

PS: keep your fingers away from your rear sprockets guys

 

Studdes to hard ice is greater traction than rubber to pavement.
