iv been scraping hcs and spreaders for awile the only way i have been able to get them on lock is engine brake. i do have a hb what i do is clutch nit up gain some speed get it to the point ere my bike is going to go back and dump off the gas and let my engine take over when i hit the bar i pull my hb and get back on the gas so i dont mouse trap
