Thats one trick I've never tried... I'd be scared of slipping off the tank.

I tried it once last weekend. It feels pretty weird because your weight is so high, the bike felt like it wanted to wobble more than usual. You also need to be flexible for that one.

Whatever it's called, no one does it around here so I just figured it was called frog wheelie, sorry about that, if you ask me both names suck!

actually Chauncey viera (wonderboy) formerly from DTE was the first one to do that and he call's it the frog wheelie. not that it matters who thought it but becareful coming down , be on the gas or pull in the clutch .

look's really good in that pic

oh i forgot that is the frog extend , when you squat on the tank in a wheelie ,in the position you are in .it look's like a frog .am i making sense . it is 3am here and i can't sleep

What gear are you in? 2nd? I really need to learn how to clutch it up, instead of powering :twelve

My bike is a 6 so I can only do it in 1st, but i do clutch it, and it comes up nice and smooth, I ride it out till i hit the rev limiter, and that makes the landing much smoother, although it can bring you forward then you spread your legs out, with your elbows locked to hold you up. When the weather gets nicer here in Iowa, I want to a kick one leg out like that and turn it into a frog/flamengo thing, whatever it's well be called, it will look TIGHT!

Cool, what RPM do you bring it up at? Currently, Im trying to clutch 2nd gear sit downs, and all I can do now is pop it up for a sec

Well man, it's all feel... first I load the clutch (that's reving it up to about 12k rpms quick) then I hit it again amost, and sometimes hit the rev limiter and throw the clutch out, but do it smooth, not too fast, just a nice whaap.whaaaaap. I dropped a tooth in the front, which i would recommend, it's a cheap upgrade and you can wheelie that 6 alot easier. I can do 3rd gear standups on it now! I start a 2nd gear wheelie at 45 to 55 mph, any slower or faster it's only going to make you look like a fool. But once you get that 2nd gear sit down it comes up nice and smooth and I would work on shifting into 3rd while your still on one wheel. All ya do is click that left foot up hard. Just don't do it too hard, too fast, get a feel for it first. Bring up the wheel higher every time you try it, and trust me you'll never power it up again after you learn how to clutch it up. Good luck!
