i kno y ur radiator is leacking and how to fix it.....one go get sum jb weld take it off drain it let it try...smother the whole in jb weld le that dry....then tehy make this putty like stuff that is good to 325 deg make a nice patch ova the jb and ur good to go....also if i guess rightu keep putting a hole in the upper left corner thats because where ur brake line is supposed to bolt to the front fender that u dont have theres a lil metal piece on it and when u bottm or land hard the fork compresses and that hits ur radiator putting a hole it it...throw a zip tie on that ***** and ur good to go...also i will have a grey front fender for sale in about a week when my 954 front end comes in if ur intrested

Wow i think your right. I went out and looked at it a second ago and it looks very possible. I zip tied the brake lines to the holes they mount to. So Jbweld huh. I just talked to a buddy that said he knows a place that can patch it for $45 but either that or $3 JBweld. hmmm lemme think Thats if i can do it right. nah i dont need a front fender. i have a 954 front end to i just need to get a rim so i can put it on. so how do i fill the hole with jb weld. Do i need to just cover the hole?? Thanks for throwing this out there, you may have saved me a lot of money. we'll see

He went through a ton of problems with that subframe. 905 sent him a 12 bar that mounts to the subframe and has two supports that come all the way from the bar to the bottom subframe mounts. He had to get some friends to weld new supports to it and make it work. You cant weld metal to it so they had to make some kinda brackets to enclose parts of the subframe and make supports off of those. it weighs more now but it hasnt broken yet. Im not sure what everyone else is doing about them. Marks bike has been in and out of 905's shop and they couldnt even figure anything out for it.
