I'm thinking of buying a camera.

Please help me with my decision by posting a picture and telling me what kind of camera and lens you use.

Anyway, I'm thinking about a Nikon D70. If anyone knows anything about cameras or might know of a better model or brand let me know.....not that you will Phawkers

 

the D70 is a great camera comes with a very good lens and the picture quality is very good. i have the D100 wich is very similar the D70 is supposed to have a better sensor than the D70 too

also depending on your budget the Canon Digital Rebel(original model) is only $799.99 for a 6 mega pixel digital SLR and a friend of mine has that camera and is very happy with it but it doesnt come with a really good lens but you could get the body only for $699.99 and spend a couple hundred on a good lens too.

 

Wow, thanks for the reply! Yeah, I was looking at the Canon Rebel yesterday, 6.3 I think. It also looks like a very nice camera. They have a few on E-Bay that come with 3 different lenses and a bunch of other stuff for a decent price. Now I just have to sell my camcorder so I can afford it. LOL
