who wants to fix my computer?

i need some help with my junk. on top of s sclevela giving my computer a virus i have a few other problems with it. sooooooo if anyone that knows about computer and feels like helping me out ill be very greatful.

just reinstall windows, probly the only way to get rid of EVERYTHING infected, unless its eating at the partitions of your hard drive now, then your fucked!
