50

I got a loaner 50 right now, so I can roll. I have been rolling it up and down Pauline in AA. It will be good exercise to recover from my snow boarding injuries.

Sounds potentially fun

This sounds like it could be fun, but how about the fact the 50 has slicks and you have wet grass?? But if you have a place for 40's and 50's, I am all ears.

40's and 50's

My quad (300ex) is out at Whitmore lake right now with with studs, like 170 or more in each rear. It does wheelie with some effort also. The 50 is useless on ice. I also have an unstudded banshee.
As for sportbike studs, convetional studs will not hook up enough, unless you have thousands. I saw a site that used snowmobile type studs in a slick, and it hooked up, but otherwise a bike is a lot fo weight for screws.
But let me know.

Lake?

Ya, what lake? I could probably do Whitmore on Sunday. Just need to charge the battery and pump up the rear tire. Then we be clubbin.
Diz - unstudded banshee any use?? We already know the 50 is... well it needs pavement.

You cannot scrape it though, because it has spark arrestors, and I do not want to bend it since it needs to find a new home.. I hope.

I'll just throw it in the back of my truck eventually. I just have to get out there to get it. Maybe Friday or something.
