If you need a mortgage/refi/etc
I don't know if you SOBs have heard, but I'm back doing mortgages again. So if you need a new mortgage, need to refinance, need a home equity loan, or just walk to talk sh*t about Schwartz, gimme a call or send me a PM. We're a broker, so we have hundreds and programs and banks.

^ exactly, the internet is great for marketing.. not stuntlife.. best thing to do is just let ppl know, and give them advice when they need it. I haven't done a loan for anyone on stuntlife, but i have advised about 5 of them about what type of loan to get and make sure they are taken care of. get me on aim one day, we can discuss some things.
