Consealment Handguns Your Input.
Re: Consealment Handguns Your Input.
H&K USP .40 Compact. Reasons:
Fit my hands the best
12 in the clip one in the pipe vs 8 +1 for .45
lots of accesories
Special forces tough
Looks mean
haven't EVER heard of one jamming....EVER
Come to the range and watch the grouping I can get with this piece even while emptying the clip in about 3 seconds.

.357 IMHO, looks right up your alley, and you can also fire .38 special rounds out of it if you want to.

To this day, I still haven't gotten my CCW.
Really should take a break from the comps and get 'er done.
Anyways, here's my choice. The Taurus snub nose .38

It's lightweight and small, no hammer or rear sights to get caught on clothing, very well balanced (aiming's a breeze off the hip), shoot's .38 (which IS a manstopper), and they're super cheap. You can pick them up for around 200-300 bucks. Plus it's a taurus revolver, which means it's ungodly reliable.

One more thing, get yourself a Surefire Centurion flashlight. linky. It isn't cheap, about $112. But it's so damn bright that it'll blind an attacker.
Re: Consealment Handguns Your Input.
I'll never carry a pistol but I picked up this one so I could keep the more expensive stuff safe and still have some protection for the home.

pros-accurate, reliable (I've shot 200+ rounds not one jam or any other problem), lifetime warranty, waaay more than enough lead to kill a man,
can be had for around $200, pretty good balance and feel
cons-looks like a toy (plastic grips, shitty bluing)
Not a state of the art weapon for serious shooters but you get a lot for the money.
