im trying to put an 04 upper fairing on my 01. i already have the fairing, headlight, and ram air tubes...will my 01 gauges bolt up or do i need to cchange that too? help me out

 

oh yea....and will the 03/04 tail bolt to an 01 subframe?

No those fairings dont inerchange on bodies...

01-02-03 600 -750
03 1000 all by its self

04-05 600-750 inermix


as for the this some of the rims will work if u swith brake rotors.....and someother parts.. U can swap motors as long as u have the complete wiring harness and ignition switch...

But the body panels do not fit on other year frames very well.

No... not at all....

besides the 03-04 subframe is alot weaker and alot more exspensive to replace than the 01-02 style
