hmmmmm.....this is one of them things. on one hand, i think he should go because he is not going to drink, he deserves to go, but on the other hand, he is not old enough, and he probably wont have much attention payed to him, as everyone else is too busy drinking and having a good time. he will be there like a wallflower.
