I've just been informed that there is a new communicable disease called shigellosis. Actually, I knew about it for a couple months now but I never knew it's name or how you get it.

The disease, caused by bacteria called shigella, usually makes people ill for five to seven days.The bacteria spreads through the fecal waste of a sick person to the mouth of another person!!! It can also spread through food or water touched by contaminated fingers.

This is perhaps the most disturbing thing I have ever heard! Please wash your hands! I don't want to end up eating your poo!

I work at the hospital and some employees caught it there... the **** is no joke so wash your hands and stay away from babies and nasty azzes who have 10 foot skid marks in their drawls.
