Hows those tickets coming along, did they get reduced?

 

yeah i actually posted in the other thread. im not sure how much weight it pulled, but i think it helped. we were in ther 15 min. the lawer got the judge to agree tp send me to point reduction school and if i completed it he will drop both reckless tickets. judge said that no matter how much control i had there was still a chance of someone else panicing and causeing a crash. my question was, why am i responsible for someone on the other side of a divided highway if they cant concentrate on driving but i didnt want to push it cause the lawer did a good job getting me out of this **** ...again. i really apreciate what you and captain did for me. it really did help. my lawer also told me if your on a lot when a buisness is closed they shouldnt be able to give you anymore than a tresspassing ticket.

i took that point reduction class for a nasty ticket before. it's mostly b/s, but really ****ing easy as long as you got a couple hours to spend on it for a few weeks.
