Just to let you no they aint all about the babies mama's my son dont wanna be with his dad cause his dad hits him and they MAKE him go there.....







but i do agree most guys do get the shaft when it comes down to it... be thankfull you live here though this is the only state that says fathers have to be a part of there kids lives even if its only for every other weekend and if you get a good enough attorney they can help you keep your kids for more then that like every other week till they start school..... just a hint though make sure you put in the final documents that she isnt allowed to move out of state and all that stuff too just a hint cause that 150 mile thing dont hold up very well if they say that have to move because of a job... just make sure it benifits you.. oh and if you have your kids more then 50% of the time the hole child support thing is less..... and make SURE you put that you get to claim them every other year or claim one every year cause if it aint down on paper you cant do it you will have to give all your taxes back... i could go on all day and give you tons of stuff if you want you can pm me... Sometimes its better to have a little help and some other imput hope everything goes ok with all that
