Re: Stuntwars

if your a stunt rider in the state of wisconsin, there is NO excuse for you to NOT be at this event......if you want the sport to grow, you MUST attend.....bottom line------and if you attend and think you suck and don't want to compete, you HAVE to compete to further this sport......everybody wants the sport to grow leaps and bounds but make excuses as to why they don't want to pay entry fees.....those entry fees are what pay the bills guys.

As much as i would love to go and possibly compete even though i suc.... If I called into work i would be fired and then who would pay the bills? and also whats up with no longest coaster comp? I would definatly enter that.

When you go to school and work like me... sometimes even though you would love to make plans, it just doesnt work out that way. I cant help it. I might try to slide up there on sat. but i have no skillz to compete with so i would just be spectating and as far as the coaster comp... they wont be going no 1300 on a 100ft aproach they should make it interesting and make the aproach small and then you would be talking in the 700-1000 range. I dunno i just think that more people would compete if there were more events that peoples skills would fit into. Im tellin you right now that i would compete if there was an amature class or something like that. but those days are over and i guess i need to get with the program.

Most people are doing 500-600 from 150 ft.....off peg coaster comps are cool and all but like Joey B says they get pretty repetitive real quick.......

Re: Stuntwars

parker...you want to get sponsors but you wont compete???? WHAT?!

it doesn't matter if you win or lose, as long as you get out there and throw your money down and support the event, things like this will happen for years to come.....does everybody want to go to fl. for every comp????

and if you expect to get sponsored, you need to treat this like a job......like......being in it to win it. supporting it all the way.
