Yeah got to have a good lid when your wearing it for most of the day. No cheap lids on the head.

Give me some time bro... I'll get the hook-up on one. I have to stop by the dealership sometime this week and my buddy will get me the information. I'll forward it on to you. We'll get you more comfortable seats before you head down to Texas.

I'm talking about comfort...if you have a lid that hurts your head or is heavy and fits like crap...it makes wearing it ****.

I'm not saying 150 is cheap, don't get me wrong.

I had a 80.00 Hjc that I got a looong time ago, then when I got a Shoei I could tell the diffrence like night and day. That thing felt like a brick on my head compared to the Shoei..hahaha.

Re: Winter projects

and about the scorpions being the same quality as arais....haha i doubt it...theres a reason y arais are the most expensive helmet on the market....because its the most technically advanced helmet on the market....you cant make a helmet of the same quality for 150 bucks are you serious....scorpions are prolly the same quality as hjc and kbc......average helmets that meet the standards...not exceeds them....unless your talkin bout smellin like chocolate then u got the best helmet for that....LOL

Hey thanks a lot man. I made it a goal of mine 6 months ago and now it's all coming together finally. I'm pretty excited and a little nervous. My 2nd bike, but 1st new one. This ride is supposed to be as powerful at the rear wheel as the 06 GSXR-1000 now but not quite as powerful as the 06 ZX-10R (166 rear hp!!!). I'm giving about another week to rain a bit more and clean the roads off. Plus one of my best friends gets out of jail in less than 2 weeks. We rode together almost daily throughout half of last summer. Lookin forward to a fun summer.

Well, since the insurance companies feel I"m now an old fart... since I'm over 25, It's around $300 a year. Helps to have a multicar discount and clean driving record.

Thanks man... I'll be going to pick it up probably next weekend. I'm getting one of my tattoos touched up this weekend and it's raining... good to clean off roads. Hopefully it warms up and I can get her broke in right away.

Dude, that story is messed. Reminds me of stories from last summer in Milwaukee on Hwy 100. Crazy stuff.
