hmmmmmmm could you rent one of those motorized scooters for the day like what they have at walmart and stuff, they goes at least 10mph? Hopefully they let Jesse out of the monkey cage within the next few days, you can always bang the phone on things at home lol j/k. If you dont get out soon im sure we can find a portable dvd player for you or something

Jesse seemed in good spirits Wednsday night and is hoping to get home by the weekend for anyone interested.

Hello all,

Really no change, except for that his high temperature is now under control. He's doing physical therapy 2-3 times a day, but can only do it in small spurts because he's so tired. They have him on OC's now and Vicodin. He is hoping he can get out by the weekend, but the doc is not trying to rush.

OC's and Vicodin huh....boy has got to be seeing some pretty cool ****....
we have all been working like ****ing dogs down here, we are coming up as soon as we can...we know he will do just fine with anna there taking care of him.

 

anna-----you are a god send to that man.....i give you mad props

jesse---hang in there man....i wanted to go with neal to see you, but i had to take care of my own injuries....i can only IMAGINE what kind of pain you are currently going through...mad props and hang in there, your on the home stretch.

 

Oh yeah Ryan...I forgot to tell you to get well soon, Jesse sends his regards as well. Oh and Rob, not to disregard your injury....heard about it and we hope you're doing better.

As for Jesse, his temperature is back up. His whole leg, butt, knee and ankle are swollen more than ever. He is in so much pain, the OC's and Vicodin are not working. He refused physical therapy today. They gave him a shot of morphine and that helped a bit, so he was able to do some therapy in bed. They did an MRI last night, they think he may have torn his ACL as well, which means he'll have to have surgery on that in 2 weeks. They removed 55 cc's of fluid from his knee, but it just continues to swell. The doc. is going to come in today and see what the problem is because he should be improving and he's not. No range of motion in his knee and he can barely lift his leg on his own. To top it off his ribs are extremely bruised and "click" together when he moves, so it takes him forever to walk 10 feet. I'll post again as usual tomorrow to give the update. He probably will be staying a bit longer seeing as though he doesn't have any range of motion in his knee.

we just got back from the hospital, he was looking pretty good, leg was swelled as hell, but in good spirits...

ok Anna.... were you trying to get some in the hospital???? J/K!! How did they not notice that his acl was torn ohhhhhh not so nice people there!!! Hope the damn temp goes down, SOON would be nice!!! Anna if you need anything let me know I have a portable dvd player i was hoping that i wouldnt have to bust it out and bring it down but well i guess i may have to you mite actually be able to run the ps off that too let me know if you want it i'lll bring it down!

Jesse- you are damn lucky to have Anna around lots of extra hugs and kisses when you are out she deserves it!! Oh and you know we could all check up on the creatures up stairs if you wanted us to? Anyother work need to be done around the house?

 

oh damn....this is just not sounding much better.....first a bone, then a bad break, then increased temps.....now a torn acl!!! damn....jesse, hang in there bro....i feel sooooo bad for you...this could have happened to anyone of us at any time....my prayers are with you for a speedy recovery!

HE had an MRI. THe ACL is fine. His temp was under control last night also. He had a much better afternoon then he did morning. I know he is hoping and planning on going home today. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope he is alllowed to.

 

I hope he comes home soon!!!

 

JESSE IS HOME!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!

They wanted him to go to a nursing home for rehab and he said hell no!! So he's home now and doing a lot better. Thanks for all of the support!
I hope he is feeling up to going to the competition next weekend and then we'll see you all there.

p.s. He wanted to do a wheelie on his wheelchair during discharge today....some things never change........
