Hey guys... WTB more 900rr parts!!!!
Hey guys... WTB more 900rr parts!!!!
Here's what I need for project streetfighter aka Project **** Eater
1. Front master cylinder/lever assembly-don't care what its off of as long as it will work on a 900rr.
2. Clutch lever assembly-same as above.
3. ***'d up 900rr motor with a good lower case, or just a lower crank case that will fit a 919cc, or someone with mad TIG/Heliarc skills.
4. Clutch cable.
5. MX bars and bar clamps-preferably oversized ones.
6. Throttle tube assembly that will work on a 900rr.
7. Throttle cable.
I know you guys out there have mad parts for me, I sorta need them on the cheap-trying to build a budget streetfighter and get back on the road! As always, I have CASH IN HAND and will pick up parts within a reasonable distance
PS thanks to D-Aces Dan for the frame and radiator! The bike's going together pretty quickly and I'll have pics up soon :YEAH

Re: Hey guys... WTB more 900rr parts!!!!
I've got a complete 900RR Streetfighter set-up that I'm looking to sell. Bolt this set-up on and you're good to go.
Includes:
- Answer Pro Taper Fat Bars (Paid about $100)
- Set of Aluminum Risers (with custom shorter bolts to retain turning radius) (Paid $85)
- Drilled upper triple (priceless...lol)
- Renthal pad for Fat Bars (about $20)
Basically I'll unbolt the upper triple and give you everything you see in the pic, minus all the controls on the bars. Used for about 4 months. Everything is in great shape. We tried to paint the upper triple before mounting the bars, and the paint got chipped a bit, but it's not that noticable with the big Renthal pad on.
Take a look and shoot me an offer.
The only reason I'm getting rid of these is because I'm going with a whole 954 front end, and that requires that I use custom risers from F.I. to compensate for the 30 degree angles on the upper triple. Tim's risers only work with 7/8" bars, so I needed to go get new bars, and now my fat bars and risers won't work.
Attached are some pics I just took.

pretty sure that you cant buy a lower case and use it with the upper case on the damaged motor, somthing about them being machined to match each other.
