anyone in the VA beach area? hit me up! need some ridin buddies

 

If you go here you can look up the Coast Riders (mostly track days/ racing), IBP (pure stunters), and Team Precisions (little of both). All three groups are in the Virginia Beach area...when I get out I will ride with any of them...all have some good peeps.

i'd stay away from us squids. i'm one and try to avoid them at all costs.
also once i put my bike back togther i'll be looking for folks to ride with.

 

What kind of riding do you do? Stunts, corners, track days, racing, drag racing, or just posing??

There are a lot of bikes in the Beach area...actually anywhere in Hampton Roads, just depends on what you like on who to hang with. I figure you probably like stunting because you are on here...Armenian is getting pretty damn good at it now so he would probably be a good person to contact in this area. I have my 2000 ZX6R set up for it, but I hardly ever get out...only 2X on that bike so far!

 

I'm moving out there soon too (Hi Skiv....-godspeed- from CF)

Alvin...you guys gonna be at the spot Sunday? I might be able to stop by for a bit, gonna be right across the street again. I was there today, but no one showed...guess the chance of rain skeered everyone.

 

Damn i need to keep checking this VA section-

Skiv--I was out at Gateway that Sunday afternoon--it was dead I dunno where everyone went and Casper's phone is shut off. But we were at Booker T. High School doing a stunt show for the Tidewater Floods Womens Tackle Football team this passing saturday--it was fun as hell--and they want us to stunt at all of their home games this year at Booker T!! Finally got permission!! It was funny when the cops came by and started giving us hell so the school custodian came by and told them we had permission and were a part of the half-time show so THEY had to leave LOL.

 

That's awesome! I was back by my shop the other day when I noticed the FedEx compound would be an awesome spot...I am thinking get a video together and ask them for sponsership...you could put FedEx stickers on the bike!!

Hell, I've been working so much lately I haven't even been able to tear up my back yard on the dirt bike...last time I was on it, I 12ed it for a second...right before it looped!! Guess that doesn't count as brake control, huh!!

Gimme a call or text me when you have these shows...Booker T is right down the street from me!

 

Next game at Booker T is May 20th. I get there early like 12 to practice because we cant ride during the game--only before and during half-time.

Haha ya man I've never done a stuntshow at a football game but it was interesting.

2 of the highlights of the night:

1. Ripping a 2nd gear coaster all the way down the track at about 50-60mph and stopping in front of the ambulance at the end of the track haha--( I wonder what the EMT's were thinking!)

2. Merk stepping, not looking in front of me and nearly running over the band on the track LOL.

I'll have to get some video next game on May 20th.
